Eat Cake for Breakfast: The Concept

What if I told you that I eat cake for breakfast? Well, not literally! This is a metaphor for how I live my life, and one society should be more accepting of. The root of this concept is to encourage other people to chase their dreams despite societal standards. In the same way that cake is not necessarily deemed an acceptable breakfast option, a lot of our dreams and ideals don't fit in with societal expectations. I advise you to not only ignore societal standards, but to defy them. Do not let others trick you into believing your goals are too far beyond the norm. Don't fit in to the average crowd or settle for anything less than you deserve just because it's a more "practical" or "acceptable" path.

I'm asking you to take the leap of faith and always follow your heart, your passions, your dreams, and to go fearlessly down the roads which make you feel most alive. I think life is way too short to do anything other than live it to the fullest. I am challenging all of you to take the risk and confidently seek new opportunities, even if it's scary, uncomfortable, and breaks the stereotypes. I’m begging you to please eat the cake for breakfast.

Xoxo,

Kaci
