The top is a teal taffeta fabric with rich luster and soft hand. It has a halter top with a tie at the neckline and an open back. The top has side bust darts, a left side seam zipper, and is cropped to hit the upper stomach.
This is paired with a matching teal taffeta skirt. The skirt has three layers of ruffles to provide fullness and added design detailing to the skirt. It has a left side seam zipper.
