Midnight

This black gown has a halter neckline and a floor length mermaid skirt. The neckline and the bodice contains a sheer, beaded fabric with panels of boning which intentionally combines the desire for elegance and femininity, yet maintaining the structure of a Schiaparelli gown. I wanted to create a piece that makes a woman feel comfortable and confident in her skin by using delicate and tasteful fabrics to flatter the female silhouette. This dress embodies the desire for femininity, not through bright colors and sparkles, but through intricate details that sculpt the female figure and provide confidence for the woman wearing it.
